Vehicles permitted at Flat Rock:
- Small van type campervans
- Camper trailers that fold out into tent-style accommodation (no hard walls)

Our intention is to support as many women having access to this space as possible, and while the workshop spaces aren’t designed for little ones, we welcome your children at the campground. If you are planning to bring children (under 12) please contact Caitlin so we can best support you in this.Â
If lots of Mum’s want to bing their kids along we may be able to create a common area with some activities and additional support, but at very least we can offer complimentary camping for care-holders so you can be in the workshops with your kids close by at the campground.Â
Children over 12 will require their own ticket.
Due to fire safety hazard open fires are not permitted, however fires are allowed in braziers available to hire from the kiosk. To protect the environment, collection of firewood from surrounding bushland or beach is not permitted. Wood bought into the park must be hardwood or purchased from the kiosk.Â
Unfortunately no pets are allowed on site, so please leave your furry and feathered friends at home.
Full refunds available on early bird tickets only. Tickets can be swapped to a new ticket holder, please update the name on the ticket to the new attendee.
We created this campout as a space for women to connect, feel supported, nurtured and empowered. Anyone who identifies as a woman or is non-binary is welcome to attend, please know we use feminine language and pronouns in a lot of our comms. That's a reflection of the collective energy we're trying to hold, not a door. Non-binary people are warmly welcome and Surfers for Climate supports all gender expression.
We want to support all women to be able to attend this event. If you are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, an adaptive surfer, or facing financial hardship, please contact us as we may be able to support with a subsided ticket or volunteer ticket. Get in touch with Caitlin here.
This gathering is held on Nyangbul Country in the Bundjalung Nation. We acknowledge the True Locals, the First Nations people who have been custodians of land, waters and culture for tens of thousands of years. We pay respects to First Nations Elders past, present and emerging and recognise that deep learning from and reverence of Indigenous peoples plays a vital role in shaping climate solutions. Always way, always will be.
