Surfers for Climate's mission has always been to empower and mobilise a sea-roots movement for positive climate action, so that future generations can ride waves in thriving oceans.

With a Federal Election looming we are working to create an atmosphere of climate action along Australian coastlines with a bunch of different events and programs fit for grommets to grannies. You can learn a bunch about surfing and climate, but they’re also just a good time.

Our annual Water Women Campout returns for its second year, camping next to the waves at Flat Rock campground on Bundjalung Country.

Three days in nature filled with talks and workshops from inspiring surfers, scientists, traditional custodians, and water women coming together to help shape the future of surf culture and protect what we love, the Ocean.

Let's Give the Bight World Heritage Status

There’s an opportunity right now to make the Nullabor and Great Australian Bight a UNESCO World Heritage Area, but it isn’t going to happen without the Australian surfing community rising to the occasion one last time.
